紅豆年糕


這是我一直想做的紅豆年糕, 嘴饞便上網查食譜. 此食譜的紅豆也是自己煮的, 加水, 糖, 糯米粉, 蒸的過程要一小時二十分, 還挺費工夫的呢! (若有興趣要食譜者, 我再提供)
心血值得, 很好吃, 我們全家都愛吃. 吃時裹蛋液煎, 或微波皆可.
尤其當飯後甜點最合適. 我們這幾天晚飯後, 我就熱上幾塊年糕, 覺得非常滿足!
